Living from a state of gratitude is one of the keys to creating a happier, more fulfilling and abundant life.

When you wake up in the morning though, like many of us, you may not feel instantly positive and overwhelmingly grateful – especially if you haven’t slept well or your alarm jolts you awake. Especially in today's climate, it can be difficult to see the beauty in every day life.

I want to help you change that by incorporating gratitude into your daily life.

Join me on this 10 day meditation journey to incorporate

gratitude into your daily practice. 

You have the power to consciously choose a state of gratitude each and every morning. Doing so helps you become aware of what you’re grateful for in every moment, and as you do this, more and more opportunities will begin to present themselves to you, and you’ll begin to have a much freer, fuller, more expansive experience of being alive.

On this 10 day journey, we will start our days practicing gratitude through meditation. Each meditation will be different, but all will focus on the theme of gratitude.

By committing to just 30 minutes a day for 10 days, you will change the way you see the world and tapping into gratitude will become more instinctual every time you practice. The goal of this intensive series is to get you to a place where being grateful for the big and small things in your life will become second nature.
