I haven't always been a positive person. If I'm being honest, for a long time I was that person who would convince myself that everything was wrong when one thing went wrong in my life. As you can imagine, this habit of focusing on the negative aspects of my life only created more space for negativity. 

Just like we workout our bodies to feel strong and healthy, we have to train our brain to think positive thoughts. These things don't just happen - we have to work at it and be consistent with our approach. Through consistency and fierce dedication, I was able to shift my negative mindset into a positive one. Instead of focusing on how everything felt like it was going wrong in my life, I started to focus on what was going right or what the silver linings were of obstacles. This changed EVERYTHING for me. Now, I want to share that with you.

This 14 day series is focused solely on positivity. You cannot have a positive life and a negative mind. Each morning, we will start our day with a meditation practice focused on positive thinking. Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you will start to have positive results. Through commitment and practice, our positivity focused mornings together will start to seep into your everyday life.


You have the power to consciously choose a state of positivity each and every morning. 

On this 14 day journey, we will start our days by cultivating a positive mindset through meditation. Each meditation will be different, but all will focus on the theme of positivity.

By committing to ~20 minutes a day for 14 days, you will change the way you see the world and tapping into a positive headspace will become more instinctual every time you practice. The goal of this intensive series is to get you to a place where waking up with a positive attitude will become the norm. For those days that you don't wake up feeling this way, you will have the tools to shift your perspective.
